Project Planning and Milestones

We plan each project meticulously, dividing the work into specific milestones. Every project begins with a comprehensive discovery and analysis phase, leading to the creation of a detailed scope of work document. This process ensures that both parties fully understand the required work, minimizing the likelihood of project cancellations, reversals, or disputes.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of our work and the time invested in each milestone, refunds are not possible for work that has already been completed. Below are the specific conditions under which refunds and cancellations are addressed:

1. Mutual Termination: If a project is terminated by mutual agreement, the client retains control over all completed work. Any payment for further development becomes void, but no previous payment or deposit will be refunded.

2. Post-Approval Phase: Once the client approves mock-up designs and we proceed to the development phase, no payments will be refunded.

3. Mid-Milestone Phase: There are no partial refunds for projects that are midway through a milestone phase.

4. Special Offers: Cancellations are not entertained for services offered by our marketing team on special occasions or limited-time offers. These promotions are non-cancellable.

5. Digital Marketing Packages: Digital marketing packages are non-refundable. However, the client may cancel these services with a written notice provided 30 days in advance.

6. Dormant Projects: We do not offer refunds on deposits or payments for projects that are abandoned or remain inactive for more than 30 days.
